Golden Grove is a ±381-lot community located (9) miles outside the City of Charleston in Ravenel, South Carolina. Golden Grove was entitled pursuant to a Development Agreement with the Town of Ravenel and will be developed in two phases consisting of 50’, 52’ and 55’ wide single family detached residential lots. Golden Grove is scheduled to sell in the fourth quarter of 2021 to a publicly traded national homebuilder.
